Uses:

• Universal seals for the chemical and petrochemical industry
• The plate has excellent cold creep properties and excellent relaxation properties even at higher temperatures
• resistant to ageing
• easy to remove, does not stick to the flange
• excellent chemical resistance pH 0 - 14
• Suitable for strong concentrations of acids (except molten and dissolved alkali metals and elemental fluorine gas at high temperatures and pressures) and bases
• also suitable for solvents, fuels, water, steam and chlorine compounds

Composition:

• plate is 100% PTFE filler silica (quartz)

Products:

• plates 1500x1500 mm
• Thickness 0,5mm I 1mm I 1,5mm I 2mm I 3mm
• sealing according to drawing or pattern

Certified:

• TA-Luft (VDI 2440) up to 250°C and VDI 2290 @ 23°C at 40 bar
