Uses:

• material resists high temperatures
• excellent stability at high temperatures (up to 1200°C), high strength, low weight, excellent flexibility
• easy handling including cutting and forming
• used for various high temperature seals, as ingot mould insulation, heat shields and exhaust silencer insulation in the automotive industry, for liquid metal transport systems (rear insulation)

Composition:

• Manufactured from alkaline earth oxide and silicon fibres, blended with specially selected organic binders to achieve superior properties
